DESIGN FEATURES
- Bail type frame provides long service like in rough shaft conditions.
- Low payload to weight ratio while maintaining rugged durability.
- Simple liner replacement.
GENERAL CONSTRUCTION
- All steel bucket with welded steel channel or flat bar stiffeners.
- Replaceable bronze bushing inserts in an all steel pivot shaft bracket.
- All aluminium buckets can be manufactured if hoist rope conditions dictate smaller conveyance weights. Dumping and pivot points remain steel.
- Aluminum and steel buckets are completely lined with A.R.S. or 400 BHN steel plate with a wooden cushion under the bottom liner.
SHAFT GUIDANCE
- Pneumatic of polyurethane wheels available as design requires.
- Other guide roller adjustment designs available, such as serrated plates or eccentric axle adjustments.

*Bail type construction lends itself to a longer service life in rougher shaft conditions, i.e. high hoisting speeds.
