This role serves as the link between customers, sales, and production, ensuring accurate timelines, responsiveness, and a high level of service across all active projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate orders from quote to delivery
- Communicate with customers on timelines and updates
- Work closely with production to track progress
- Support sales team with quotations and follow-ups
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- Experience in inside sales, customer service, or coordination roles
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors an asset
