As a Millwright at Wabi, you will install, maintain, and troubleshoot mechanical systems critical to production. You will help minimize downtime and support maintenance programs within a fast-paced industrial environment.

The Role

This role supports the reliability and performance of equipment across Wabi’s foundry and machine shop, including the installation and integration of new systems as part of ongoing modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot mechanical equipment
  • Support preventative and predictive maintenance programs
  • Align and calibrate machinery and systems
  • Work closely with operations during equipment upgrades
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards

Qualifications

  • Licensed Industrial Millwright (433A or equivalent)
  • Experience in manufacturing or heavy industrial environments
  • Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
